Consent of the website user to the processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the «User», during my use of the website https://mosielev.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site, Service), voluntarily, of my own free will and in my interests express my full, unconditional and unequivocal consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) on the following terms:

1. The User hereby confirms that:

I have read the Privacy Policy of IP Mosielev V.V. and the Policy regarding the processing of cookies in IP Mosielev V.V.
I have read and agree that the transfer of the User's personal data may be carried out by the Operator in the amount necessary for the User to gain access to the Site, its content and its services, to third parties, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with federal law.
I have been informed about the possibility of revoking consent based on the provisions of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» by personal appeal or by sending a written appeal in free form by registered mail with acknowledgment of delivery to the Operator or to the following e-mail address: victor_mosielev@mail.ru.
